THE CONNECTION PROCESS

This works by first calling Computer Paramedics of Seattle to make an appointment 206 235-8472 or sending an email.  At the agreed upon appointment time the Technician will call you and give you the URL to go to and get connected.

You may get a prompt that asks you if you would like to run or save this file, if you do select RUN. 

You may then get a prompt that says the publisher could not be verified, select RUN.

When you see this red icon in the taskbar, located in the lower right corner of your screen, Remote Assistance has installed,  a technician will soon be taking over your computer and begin researching and repairing the issue you are having.
