Computer Paramedics concentrates its efforts exclusively on home computing systems and small business office systems.  We are a mobile service therefore our Technicians come to your home or office where we are able to see your complete computing environment, because we are in you home or office we are allowed the opportunity to provide more personalized service with greater attention to detail.  Computer Paramedics does not maintain a retail store, because we do not carry this expense it allows us to keep costs low providing you with a very competitive rate.

Computer Paramedics commitment is to do more than simply repair your computer we want to be certain that you are completely satisfied with the computer service experience. Our Technician will provide you with an initial diagnosis and estimate.  Most repairs and upgrades can be completed onsite in a single visit.  After completing the service we ensure that your systems are running properly before leaving the site.  We rid you of the hassle of packing up your computer for carry in service.  In the event the repair cannot be made in a single visit we can take the PC, perform the repair and return the PC, generally the next day.

Computer Paramedics also offers a pickup, repair, and return service to our busy customers who have limited amounts of time.  A Technician will pick up your PC, call you with an initial diagnosis and estimate, make the repair and return the PC to your home or small office.  The Technician will set up the PC ensuring that the systems are running properly before leaving.
